We have a newly constructed state of the art pressing facility where the pressing process can be viewed in the harvest season which begins usually mid-May and ends mid-June. Please ring beforehand (Tel: 03 5159 4455) if you are planning to view the pressing because the season can be variable due to weather conditions which can affect the ripening of the fruit.

The pressing shed incorporates a cafe (The Pressing Shed Cafe), for coffee and cake or a light lunch on our vine-shaded deck; as well as a shop for cellar door sales of Nullamunjie extra virgin olive oil in bottles, casks and Australian Olive Oil gift packs.

We have an organic vegetable and fruit garden and free-range hens which supply fresh seasonal produce for the cafe and shop. The Pressing Shed Cafe and shop will be open at weekends and Easter from mid-October until mid-March, from 10 am until 4 pm.
